Here are a couple of things I've been working on lately.
I have more life in and around my house. Plant life.
I've somehow managed to keep everything alive... for now!
I also checked off a couple of projects, that I've been putting off. Turning some cheap table runners into curtains for the playroom.
And creating a segue between the new vinyl flooring in the playroom and the hardwood floors in the rest of the house. A stair runner.
It's actually just a rug I picked up at IKEA, but with only a few stairs to cover, it worked perfect. I love the finished look. I painted the stairs white, and then we stapled down the rug. Pretty straightforward. I'm hoping to may make for alittle safer of a surface in case of a fall.
