He made a pretty cute fox.
He had a really rough night Friday night. And it carried over into his birthday. Even now, I'm not sure what it was. He seemed really uncomfortable and ran a low fever. No idea, but it through off the whole day a little.
Gramps did a good job of keeping the fox happy. They have a special little bond.
Grandma and Grandpa brought the coveted new toy. Everyone thought the Bat Mobile was pretty awesome.
I forced everyone to wear some sort of ear or antler. Dad's looked very natural.
And the traditional kiddo picture. We kept it very low-key with just family. There's enough of them to go around though.
And then Amos decided to do this adorable thing. Sometimes he surprised me.
And this guy. Such a cutie.
I was so hopeful that he would be my first child to eat his smash cake. And, I think he would have been, but with him not feeling good, he wanted none of it. I put a little in his mouth, and even that was not tempting.
Everybody else was eagerly watching to see what would happen. It was a bit anti-climactic...again.
And here are the other two at their first birthdays...
