We're all back to school at the Vance house. Jason started a couple of weeks ago, and we started today.
Amos has been requestiong to start school for the last month. He's a little bit excited. And so am I. We've even rubbed off on Silas. I've spent the last month preparing and getting things ready. And I love that part too! It's such a joy to devote time to something you love.
I'm teaming up with a close friend to create our own curriculum that works it's way through The Jesus Storybook Bible. Our main goal is to teach our kids about Jesus, so it kinda made since to use a book that we love and does it so well. There's been so much fun stuff to find on the internet that can help make the stories come alive.
We're teaming up on Mondays to jumpstart the week together and then finishing stuff out on our own. We had a blast this week and can't wait to work together again.
